Michael holds a B.E.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and has gained a considerable level of technical expertise through his 27 years of experience in the construction industry

He also supports field operations by maintaining dosing equipment and troubleshooting on-site systems to ensure optimal functionality for the many asphalt producers and pavers in Western Canada.
